Dear Pre-Service Teacher Candidate,

The Ministry of Education has decided to offer all pre-service trainees, who will be starting in September 2022 and who started in 2021, the opportunity to become a teacher immediately and start earning a salary as you train.

 This arrangement is for all pre-service trainees: dorm students and non-dorm students.

 Attached to this email is the Teaching Service Commission’s junior application form. Download and fill. Submit the filled application form with copies of your birth certificate, ID or passport (biographic page), academic qualifications, police clearance and 1 passport size photo.

All submissions must be made to the HR Department of the Ministry of Education 21 Brickdam, Georgetown or emailed to hr@moe.gove.gy or inspectorate@moe.gov.gy by the 2^nd of September 2022. For region one, seven, eight, nine (1,7,8,9) and remote/riverain areas you can submit at the Regional Education Office closest to you or the Head of Centre of Cyril Potter College Education in your area.
