We are aware of your concerns as it relates to filling the bond form. As such; Miss Esther Utoh of the Centre for Student Support Services has completed one to help you understand what it is that you have to fill on the form.

You are NOT to sign at [Signature of Notary Public] | LEAVE IT BLANK

Once you have filled the bond form. You then drop it in with all your other accompanying documents to CPCE. The lawyer that CPCE identifies will then append their signature at [Signature of Notary Public] and the process is now complete.
