ITD221 AutoCAD II -Mechanical Engineering Drawing
This course is designed to equip students with the fundamental skills needed to create detailed mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD. Participants will learn how to produce precise 2D and 3D technical drawings, develop an understanding of industry-standard practices, and effectively communicate engineering designs. By the end of the course, students will be proficient in using AutoCAD for mechanical engineering drawing tasks.
IMT132 Mechanical Technology 11
With a focus on production methods, characteristics, and modification procedures, Mechanical Technology 2 offers a thorough understanding of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Participants explore into the specifics of metalworking, from its historical roots to practical uses. They research the various qualities of metals, learn about their classification, finishing methods, surface treatment and appearance and become experts in forging and annealing processes. Students get knowledge on how to choose suitable metal parts and shapes as well as how to use extra materials for embellishing and joining. Persons will complete this course with a solid foundation in mechanical principles along with practical metalworking skills.
